I am putting this out into the universe, that today is the first day I change. I will change my eating habits, that I will eat less that I can burn off. I will not buy anything that I am not replacing. I will invest in my learning ten times more than I entertain myself.

Try for one week to do everything I can to stick to being productive. Meaning, no Internet surfing, such as YouTube, and stick to studying. Free time will be doing exercises and/or chores instead of watching television. Rest when needed, and rest, not doing something else. Have purpose for everything that I do. See what happens after one week… Do I continue or stop?

As soon as I woke up, RESISTANCE already there. I have to beat RESISTANCE, and do what I know is right (what is necessary to get me ahead in life). The distractions that RESISTANCE is doing is overwhelming! I am bombarded with everything and anything, but what I am supposed to do!

After my teeth being cleaned, I cannot floss between my teeth in the top back. When I try, my floss gets shredded and breaks. I will have to contact the dentist. 🙁

“How you do one thing, is how you do everything.”

With that, I started to cut down my browser tabs. I regularly have about ten to fifteen tabs open. I often do comparison or have a browser tab open to remember something I was searching. But whatever the case maybe, I almost always have multiple tabs open. If I keep that many tabs open, that means I am trying to do many things at one time. If I do that with Web browsing, what other parts of my life am I doing that with? Again, “How you do one thing, is how you do everything”.

I often hesitate in doing something, “pulling the trigger”. Just today, I saw a sale on a pair of glasses that I have been “eyeing” on for the last year. I said to myself, if these glasses ever go on sale, I will buy them. Today there were on sale and took me literally forty-five minutes to an hour thinking about them. Thoughts: Will they be cheaper, will I actually wear them, what if I do not buy now, and they become out of stock… on and on. I have to change this, as this is holding me back. Why was I hesitating? I better figure this out!

So many other things I want to clear up in my life that now I can visual as I keep the “how you do one thing, is how you do everything” mentality.

I will keep this in mind more often as I do things in my life throughout the day… and see how my life changes in one month, three months, six months and in a year.
